We provide our partners with the right training and tools they need to deal with any eventuality.

That way, routine maintenance as well as repairs required by the plant can be carried out directly on site, and any issues that arise can be solved quickly and easily, with the additional aid of remote 24/7 customer support, where required

Remote monitoring and management in real time

We can monitor an impressive 50 parameters pertaining to our system in real time, in addition to having access to logged data. An interface connected to the server 24/7 provides a comprehensive overview, allowing for real-time remote monitoring.

Using IoT technology, we can actively intervene in the system’s running remotely. This is an essential feature as it allows us to quickly troubleshoot any issues even when we are not on site.

It also means we can implement predictive maintenance, which eliminates plant stoppages and downtime, and avoids potential damage to components as a result of excessive wear.

On-site presence, warehouse and logistics

Having a presence on site is a key factor in enabling us to provide plants with a consistently prompt and effective routine maintenance and repair service.

We also ensure that each project is served by one of our local warehouses when it comes to consumables and spare parts, in order to keep the system running non-stop for years to come.

In addition, we handle international and local logistics to ensure that all transport operations are overseen by our personnel, making sure that the system to be installed arrives intact.

The solar panels are washed automatically several times a week, stopping dust and sand from undermining their performance.

The membranes and other reverse osmosis components are rinsed with clean water every night to avoid corrosion.

Plants do not use batteries, which have a short life and need to be replaced every few years.

The osmosis system is installed in an insulated sealed container, meaning it is protected from dust, sea spray, damage by animals, and theft.

The insulated container interior is air-conditioned, to maintain a controlled temperature and ensure components last longer.

The photovoltaic system is located on top of the insulated container, thus shading it and protecting it from high temperatures.

We store desalinated water in flexible tanks, which are far more reliable than concrete tanks

The flexible tanks are practically maintenance free; furthermore, they do not require any infrastructure work and are easy to install.
